Once your business decides
to implement a program, your CR&R Recycle Coordinator will come
talk to you about the best way to train employees about it. We design
each program according to your specific needs, daily operation, and
waste generation. To help you integrate your new program, we’ll
provide sample memos to distribute to employees advising them of
the new recycling policy and requesting their support. We’ll
also provide printed materials listing recyclable material vs. trash
and more details about the program. After you implement the program,
your Recycle Coordinator will monitor it and provide updates to management
on program effectiveness, opportunities for expansion, and recommended
adjustments.
