| When
we launched our pioneering three-can curbside collection system in Temecula,
Lake Elsinore, and Perris, most of the state was still talking trash. That
is, “trash-only” at the curb, with no thought of separating
things like glass, plastics, cans, and green waste for easy recycling.
Our system of separate cans for these things was one of the first in California,
launching a revolution that has now made curbside recycling the norm. |
